In the past two years, I've picked up Birds of Prey, Resurrection Man, X/1999, Painkiller Jane, Shotgun Mary, The Darkness, and Crimson Plague. I think I'll also add Lenore. While I like the ones I've listed, I've been unsuccessfully searching for a comic to love, like my old favorites. Nothing quite satisfies like them. ALAN MOORE V for Vendetta, The Watchmen. FRANK MILLER Elektra, Elektra: Assassin (with Bill Sienkiewicz), The Dark Knight. BILL SIENKIEWICZ Elektra: Assassin (with Frank Miller), Stray Toasters. NEIL GAIMAN Sandman. J.M. DeMATTEIS Moonshadow (with Jon J. Muth), Blood, Greenberg, the Vampire. JON J. MUTH Moonshadow, M, Dracula: A Symphony of Terror [Mr. Muth also composes classical music, tres cool] |
